Ijaz Ur Rehman of islamabad win the National championship mans single category in 7th National Tenpin Bowling Championship 2013 held at Megazone Bowling club F/9 Park Islamabad . The championship continues for 6 days in which players from Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and Islamabad show their talent and skills for the title.the tournament was played on Singles, doubles, team and deaf event format.
SINGLES: In Mans Singles event final Ijaz Ur Rehman from Islamabad outclass his opponent with brilliant skills and performance to make the title on his name and become National Champion once again. he got 1st position with total score of 1190 out of 6 games and wins 1,25,000/-Rs cash and trophy and Fazil Mania from Karachi with total score of 1157 got 2nd position and wins 75,000/- cash prize and trophy while Zafar Iqbal from Islamabad with score of 1110 remains at 3rd got trophy and wins 50,000 cash prize, from others Inam Khan with score of 1110 got 4th position and wins 25,000 cash and trophy prize and Faisal Malik with 1106 got 5th position and get 10,000 cash prize and trophy.
DOUBLES: In Doubles category Saleem Baig and Muhammad Hussain Chatha team dominated with score of 818 remains at top in double events of 7th Nationional Tenpin Bowling Championship. Ijaz Ur Rehman and Zafar Iqbal team with score of 797 remains at second position double events of 7th National Tenpin Bowling Championship 2013. Muhammad Hussain Chatha and saleem baih got gold medals along with 60,000 RS while Ijaz Ur Rehman and Zafar Iqbal got silver medal along with and 30000 RS while Shabir lashkar and Fazal Mania remain at 3rd position and got Brones Medal along with ten thousand Rs.
TEAM EVENT: In team events Category team A of islamabad and team B of Islamabad secure the place in final by defeating the teams of Quetta and Karachi. The players of Islamabad Team A Muhammad Hussain Chatha, Salemm Baig, Zafar Iqbal and Sajid Mehmood graib the gold medal and awarded Rs 60000 , while team B of Islamabad Ijaz Ur Rehman, Saqib Shezad, malik faisal and Ali Shah won silver medal and a Rs of 30000.while the team of Karachi Alim Agha, Shabir lashkar, fazil mania and nasim secure 3rd position and awareded with browns medal.
DEAF EVENT: Shahid
Majeed won the 7th National Tenpin Bowling Championship
2013 deaf category.
On the first day of the Championship, Shahid Majeed won deaf
category defeating Qasim by 10 scores in the final round. In the
final Shahid makes total 178 scores and wins gold medal while Qasim
remains at 168 and got silver medal and from other Amir got browns
medal with total score of 158
General Secretary of Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation Ijaz Ur Rehman and chief organizer mohammad hussain chatta while expressing their views with media they appreciate the youngsters to participate and show their interest in bowling. They further said that involvement of such a huge numbers of youngsters in this game proves that the bowling game is getting popularity day by day in Pakistan. I am sure that very soon these players will represent Pakistan across the border.
Chief Guest Doctor Nadeem Akbar Registrar PMDC said while talking at closing ceremony that Bowling is a good game and I congratulate to all the members of the Federation who arranged this championship in this situation. He further said, Insahallah we will establish new bowling club this year and he will completely support the Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation because Federation has good player and they have the capability to bright the name of Pakistan in the whole world.

respective category which was experienced at a single platform. The
championship became a proven opportunity to generate solidarity
among the Tenpin Bowling community in Pakistan and to exchange the
skills among each other to become more competitive for the

to all the participating youngsters who have in command the future

The 7th National Tenpin Bowling Championship schedule has been announced by Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation. According to the schedule, championship will be held on 10th January 2013. Inaugurating competition will be held between international players. First event will be played of championship on 10:00 am Friday’s morning at 11-01-2013. Single event will begin on 11:00 am at 12-01-2013 while the competition of double events will be started on 10: am at 13-01-2013 and the semi final and final will also be played at the same day. Team event containing of four players will start on 12: 00 at 14-01-2013 and the same day semi final and final will be played of team event. Semi final of events will start on 1: 00 pm at 15-01-2013 and the same day final will be held between the singles and the doubles teams.
Talking to media persons, General Sectary of PTBF Ijaz Ur Rehman and the chief organizers Muhammad Hussain Chata said that all the preparation of championship is completed and the players will display their art with flying colours. Ijaz Ur Rehman appealed to Government of Pakistan that Tenpin Bowling has not yet his own club and the players are facing a lot of difficulties in this scenario. In this regard, Government of Pakistan can play a vital role. The esteem name of Pakistan is raised round about in 120 countries by Tenpin Bowling Federation’s struggle. If Tenpin Bowling had his own club then forty to fifty countries can be called in Pakistan. He added, the winners of championship will be awarded by 10 lack Rupees, Trophies and other medals. At the end of this ceremony, Federal Ministers will be the chief guest.
The initiative of the federation in continuously conducting the national championship is always worthwhile to provide a national platform for a competitive environment. Players of Sindh is again on their tiger training session to defend their National TITLE once again and prove their distinction among rest of the region by delivering the consecutive meritorious performance” said Romis Ali, Joint Secretary, PTBF & General Secretary, STBA
